“Good health starts in the womb
and not once your baby is born™”
The media is full of reports of pregnant women becoming more obese and suffering complications, leaving women with many unanswered questions and concerns. What must you do to change the situation?
As a mother and leading women’s fitness consultant, I understand the challenges real women face when it comes to exercising before, during and after pregnancy.
I have trained many pregnant women with a 100% success rate and, over time, I have observed a common pattern of issues and concerns related to fitness and health:
“I am too afraid to train”
“I don’t know what I can and can’t do that’s safe for me and my unborn baby”
“Can I do weights?”
“Can I do cardio training?”
“I don’t have time to go to the gym and, if I do, how do I know what I am doing is safe?”
“Can I get good results training at home”
“What exercises can I do?”
In addition to my professional experience, I have completed a personal journey of staying fit throughout pregnancy and beyond. I trained until just four days before my daughter Georgia was born and, by staying in shape, I was able to return to my pre-pregnancy weight very soon after giving birth.
It is now my mission to help women obtain the best fitness and health advice before, during and after their pregnancy.

Introducing the World’s First
10-Minute Pre & Post Natal Workouts
10-Minute Pre & Post Natal Workouts is a set of safe, easy and highly effective programmes designed to suit you during each trimester and to get you back into shape quickly after your baby arrives. The exercises are designed to focus on the issues that you suffer when pregnant such as backache, swelling and lack of energy.
The two main elements of pregnancy fitness are strength and endurance. Being strong when pregnant enables you to cope with carrying the weight of the baby. If you have endurance, you are better prepared for labor, however long that may be.
10-Minute Pre & Post Natal Workouts cover everything from all over body toning and pelvic floor through to nutrition. There’s no need for a trainer. Just follow my instructions carefully, listen to your body, and witness the results as they unfold. In addition, this website offers continued support.
After baby is born, many women worry about unwanted extra weight on the hips, arms and abdomen. 10-Minute Pre & Post Natal Workouts address these problems in a clear and effective manner – without complicated dance routines and in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.
Medically endorsed by a top obstetrician and gynecologist, the workouts are perfect for beginners and take just 10 minutes. They can also be made tougher and longer if you exercise regularly.
10-Minute Pre & Post Natal Workouts are available as a complete set or as individual workouts.
